New Exclusive Development of Luxury Lodges
Below is our current selection of single and twin lodges on display at the park.
Listed Prices include:
- Siting and positioning on your choice of pitch including chain anchor points to concrete base
- Connection to services: 40amp Electricity, Water, Drainage and Metered LPG
- Gas Safety Certificate and Inspection
- Full PDI inspection before handover
- Personal Car Parking Space next to pitch, provision can be made for a second parking space.
Other items not included:
- Decking, Skirting around underneath the lodge, Paving and Landscaping. All these can be built to your own specification and sizes.
- Site Fees – calculated pro rate for the remainder of the season.
All Decking is maintenance free, with UPVC deckboards and posts, optional toughened glass panels, all supported by galvanised steel framework. No timber is used.
